Away from work Rhiannon loves checking out the best coffee spots as she is a big coffee enthusiast. She also likes to have a fun time with her friends and loves a good margarita!
Hi my name is Niamh Tormey and I’m the owner at Frankie & Billi’s luxury hair boutique.
I have 24 years of experience in the hair industry and am a Wella Master Colour Expert. My passion lies in creating beautiful colour!
I’m originally from Ireland and have been in Australia for the past 12 years. I started out my Australian hair career in Rose Bay in Sydney, then moved to Brisbane where I reside with my husband and two beautiful little girls - Frankie and Billi!
I really love to make people happy and feel special - it really is the best feeling in the world. When I’m not in the salon I do love to have a cocktail or two, and love dancing (ideally both done at the same time 😂😂)
Alyssa came to us as a school-based apprentice back in 2021, and her natural talent is apparent. She is now acing her full-time apprenticeship and is one to watch. We are so lucky to have her!

Alyssa has danced all of her life and it is her passion, alongside hair of course 😉

Fun Fact: In the Salon all Alyssa eats is chicken noodles - since day one!

Cancellation Policy
We understand that things don't always go to plan, however if for any reason you can’t make your appointment it’s important to let us know as late cancellations and no shows are a loss of business for us.
We will require a 50% deposit on all online bookings which we will take off your bill at the end of the service.
Prices on our website are a guide only and may vary as extra charges may occur for longer and thicker hair and time taken to provide the best service to you . We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time . We’re here to ensure you have the best experience and look forward to seeing you in the salon soon.
